HOT CHOCOLATE

FOR SPRING! Hot&Spicy

coconut cinnamon raw cacao hot chocolate

1 liter of water
25 gr Cinnamon barks (I prefer to use the thick barks of cinnamon as they are the most spicy ones).
4 tbs C
acao powder
1 liter Coconut milk
Grated ginger

Prepare the cinnamon water , by boiling 25gr of cinnamon in 1 liter of water. Let it boil for 15 min and then let it simmer for other 25 minutes. Taste it if its, sweet and spicy is ready. Add the cocoa powder and the coconut milk. Serve on cups and put grated ginger on top.
